A great place for wakeboarding in Bangkok is Lake Taco, near Suvarnabhumi airport.  This is perhaps the most affordable wake park in Thailand with 2 hours from just 300 THB.  The wake park is generally quite quiet and so a good place to learn as you dont have to wait for long for a turn.  The facilities are quite basic so for more advanced wakeboarders, Thai Wake Park is the best option for wakeboarding in Bangkok.
